We offer you airport transfers at a fixed price. You are given a fixed price when you place your order and it will not change, regardless of the route or traffic.

Sometimes it can happen that the booking confirmation is not delivered correctly. Payment is normally made directly to the driver. You can pay by cash, debit card or credit card. We accept the most common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex, Discover, Diners Club and China Union Pay.

The driver will be waiting for you with a name sign at the "Airport Information" desk. To be on the safe side, we ask you to please switch on your mobile phone immediately after landing so that the driver can reach you by phone. Upon request, we are happy to meet our regular customers at the last exit at departure terminal 3.
